1. Complaints If you are unhappy with the results, you are entitled to lodge a complaint. Please contact with us 3/4 weeks after your last appointment to discuss your concerns. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
2. Booking deposit A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to book an appointment with Sensual Aesthetics and £150 to book the training. Cancelling the visit less than (24 hours) before the procedure results in the loss of the deposit. If the patient cannot appear for the appointment and informs me about it up to (24 hours) before the date of the procedure, it is possible to reschedule the visit once without losing the deposit to another date(within our cancellation policy 24h. Deposit is non-refundable.
3. Right to refuse service. Our staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
